Bispo One - Our Own Specialty Wines

This is a project I have been working on for the past two years and it has finally come to be. I have named them after my father in honor of his love of wines.

I have attempted to capture the true depth and diversity of the grape varieties and wine styles that I believe excel. My selections incorporate wonderfully distinctive expressions of varietals that Portugal is readily known for, and also less well-known varietals that we do magical things with. Nature dictates that particular varietals only prosper in certain regions. I have tried to capture this and present to you what I truly believe is a great Portuguese wine to add to your cellar.
